From spreadsheets to a complete travel ERP.

How a leading Egyptian destination-management company moved bookings, hotels, transport and invoicing off spreadsheets and onto one system.

Client

a leading Egyptian destination-management company, running tours and transfers across Egypt.

Problem

Bookings, hotel allotments, bus scheduling and invoices were split across spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. Nobody had a single view of true margin, and a new e-invoicing law was about to make manual invoicing a compliance risk.

What was built

A full travel ERP: bookings, hotel management, transportation with capacity planning, inventory, vouchers, a dedicated CRM, and finance with AR/AP/GL and ETA e-invoicing.

Spring Boot microservices on PostgreSQL, monitored in production from the first release.

How it was delivered

Ten delivery phases, each with one accountable product owner, so scope never drifted without someone answering for it.

Result

One connected system is running in production across seven operational modules. The platform is now productized as RihlaERP. No quantified before-and-after result is published, so this case reports deployed scope rather than claiming ROI.
