What we collect, why, and for how long.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we store what you type into it: your name, email address, company, phone number, the option you selected under “I’m interested in”, and your message.
Technical details with a submission
Alongside a submission we record the client address and browser identification string the request came from, the page you arrived from, any campaign parameters in the page’s address, and the time it was received. This helps us catch abuse and debug delivery problems.
Retention
Contact form submissions and their technical details are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Erasure
Write to us at amr.elsayed@nilusflow.com to ask for your submission to be deleted before its retention period ends.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Every font is self-hosted and no third-party script loads on the page — so no consent banner is needed.
